I just noticed that within the last year, PaPa has only posted 3 updates. Well It's been that kind of year. I know when you grow up and understand life more; we'll have this talk. The last 2-3 Years has not been kind to PaPa. Most people probably got updates on PaPa's life or yours through Facebook or local gossip. This Blog is not here to document our life together my son.

With that I wanted to YELL at the top of my lungs...

-Favorite Sport--Baseball (breaks my heart is not golf, but Papa has time)
-Favorite dessert--Vietnamese Flan
-Favorite Show--Minecraft Video's on Youtube
-Favorite Toy--Your Samsung Android phone that you play games and connect wifi..(on cell service)
-Favorite Food--Still McDonald's Cheeseburger, fries and milk
-Favorite Activity--BEING ON the MAC or PC playing Games or Surfing Online about Gaming
-Cartoon/Animation we last watched--PUSS in boots.
-You don't like to wear Shorts, Slippers and You don't like walking barefoot... (so Opposite of PaPa)
-Your debating, reasoning and cognitive thinking has SPIKED way up (I am amazed at your choice of vocabulary and your understanding of different verbal contexts at once)
-Your still skinny and still have 1 dimple (I'm hoping the other dimple comes out when you gain weight)
-You love to stay up late and be on the computer as PaPa is next to you working online
-You hardly know any Vietnamese.
-You can almost swim by yourself
-You have EXCELLENT eyesight (vision) Just like PaPa even thought we are on the computer 24/7
-You still love to dig your feet under PaPa's body when you sleep

-You won't let PaPa kiss you on the lips anymore (you said only Mommy can)
-You found out where PaPa is ticklish at...(only 3 people in the whole world knows) *nowhere near privates)
-You love split water back and forth when PaPa showers with you.. (you volunteer to scrub PaPa's back)
-You online Screen Name is WiseShark65... because you love the GREAT white Shark..
-You love guns/snipers/army anything military
-Your favorite Gun in COD4 is the MP4-carbine with green optics
-Your favorite Action Movie is.....Blackhawk Down
-You love to play Soldier and Sniper with PaPa...I'm always your scout or Range Finder

Funny how your family members would post their problems on social media networks instead of talking/calling you to talk/discuss them with you.

In a world with all tools to communicate, I feel meaningful conversations are apart of the pass and all you get is STATUS updates. How sad to think life is just ?updates???

Happy 6th Birthday my son.

Today just you and I went to see the cartoon movie RIO http://youtu.be/ktUX9kY6r7Y and it was great to see you and to hold you and kiss you. Papa misses you very much. I only wish you could know how much papa wants to be with you.

Congratulations on winning attendance, social and all star awards at your school. I know by the time you grow up; you will have so many awards and trophies. Papa is so proud of you and so proud that you can reason and debate so well at your age.

I'll see you soon, my son and do your best in school and at home with Mama. Papa has something you will love when you come over to papa's house.
